People need to stop judging C Section mum's as we are not all "too posh to push" as people say. If it wasn't for an emergency C Section and the quick actions of the medical staff then my amazing daughter wouldn't be here today. so yes I am a proud C Section mum. And no it doesn't make me a bad mum. Xx
Ellie Rew
How about mums just respect each other, whether you popped your baby out in 15 minutes with no gas pushed for 40 hours, ripped your bits to shreds and had 20 stitches or got cut from here to kingdom come. If you breastfeed or bottlefeed if you blend all organic veg or feed them Heinz jars. Mummying is the hardest job in the world BUT the most rewarding. Respect the differences in which we parent to bring up different and well rounded individuals.
Rebecca Cunliffe
I've had 2 emergency C Sections. One at 27 weeks and 1 at 34 weeks. I have to admit when i get asked i always say i was too posh to push so they came out of the sunroof. Just to annoy the nosey parkers. 😜😜 their problem not mine. Without my sections both my beautiful children would not be here.
Selena Stocks
2 c-sections. My first was emergency, which went terribly wrong, I ended up in intensive care. 2nd was elective, and was the best option (according to the surgeon who delivered my 2nd girl) X
Louise Graves
I've had 4 c sections and get fed up of people saying I took the easy way out.the first was an emergency then after that they realised my pelvis wasn't big enough for a baby to get through.how is a c section the easy way out when your cut from one side to the other spend weeks recovering and sometimes can't lift your baby it's painful and no where near as natural as a vaginal birth.but my children are hers they are healthy and yeah I'm proud to be a c section mum!! X
Janine Roberts
I had an emergency section our son was stuck at 7cm after enduring 36 hrs of labour and his heart rate was in distress so if I hadn't had one he may well not have been here I'm happy to say I had one and at least my bladder is still strong no leakages here lol x
Lisa Jones
I had a natural birth on my eldest little girl and an elective section on my second little girl. I honestly don't think the way they came into the world is important, the fact they were both born happy and healthy is all that matters. Each birth is a miracle and be it a section or natural birth, all women should feel proud of their achievement xxx
Courtney Marie Roepke
3 c-sections. I'd love to have a vaginal but I'm okay with c-sections at least I know when I need a sitter and my hubby knows when to take time off. Makes planning super easier. (Gotta look on the bright side)
Gail Bridge
Had both .. and it was way easier to get over a natural than a c section !!..After all it is major surgery ! its not an easy option no matter what people think ! And l loved my babies all the same !!..
Danielle Patricia Whitby
Nobody should have to justify whether they have natural deliveries or C -section! The whole 9 month experience is unique for all and every child πŸ‘Ά that is born is a miracle when you consider what the body tolerates, I have 3 children, 2 were natural deliveries and 3rd was elective section for specific & important reasons. Everyone of us mums should be proud regardless of how our children are born. All anyone wants is for a successful delivery with a healthy child popped in our arms.
Sally Wyley
I had 2 natural birth with my son & daughter and an then an emergency c section with my 2nd little girl. I honestly don't think the way they came into the world is important, the fact they were all born happy and healthy is all that matters and I'm a proud mummy with 3 beautiful kidlets
Anne Haywood
I've had 5 natural births and 1 emergency C section... Well let's put it this way if I hadn't had it then our little man would have been a still birth.. We had lack of movement his heart rate was dropping to 65bpm he had a true knot in his cord and it was wrapped around his neck twice.. So a big thanks to the medical staff for getting him out as quick as they did, I'm one proud c section mommy xx
Tihar Bradnum
I have to be honest no one has ever came up to me and said "how was he/she born, naturally or c-section?" accept from doctors and nurses who i tell "yes a natural birth" for my daughter or "no i had a placenta abruption so i had to have a category 1 c-section" to which they look at me in horror and say "thats must have been awful?". Its only people who have no idea what they are talking about think c-sections are for wimps.
Donna Jones
Ive had 2 c- sections frist was an emergancy due to the baby opening its bowels inside causing an infections and the cord was wrapped round her neck 3 times had a scan during my labour to show the docs breeched have that c-section saved her life :( or she would of died 😒 2nd c-second no chocie did go full term pushed slip my pervious scars inside and out so rushed to surgery my 2nd girl born head frist had too many stictches 600 mils of blood i'd never change how i delivered my treasures but c-setions arent easy by far so we should be proud and happy we made the right choice and gd on for the mums who have natural πŸ‘Š πŸ˜ƒ x
Carley Renfree Giles
First section was an emergency after a 24 hour labour or we'd have both died, I didn't have a choice with my second as I suffered from placenta previa and as I'd had two previous sections I was told I had to have my third and final section to deliver my daughter. All of this two posh to push crap is exactly that. Carrying a baby for almost ten months is an amazing experience in itself how that baby is brought into the world shouldn't come into it. I'm so proud of my children and my section scar still tells me how amazing my body was to give life not how they got into the world.
Emma Burnell
3 natural births. I had the option to have a c section with the third as I had a really bad third degree tear with the second. My second labour ended up with a hospital transfer after the baby was born to have surgery to fix the tear. The doctor told me it was my decision whether or not to have a c section but I decided after talking to other mums that had had one, that for me, it would be better not to. It doesn't matter how your baby comes into this world you are still a mummy to it.
Cazzee Rford
1 emergency csection with my girl then a vbac delivary with my boy and now 29 weeks expecting a boy but so far hes adamantly breech and im praying he will turn for another vaginal delivary but if not csection it will be. As long as my baby areives safely i aint fussed which way hes entering this world.
Jo Wisbey
I had 1 emergency my daughter was born at 27 weeks touch and go for both of us and 1 optional which was full term but then found out I have a heart shaped uterus so wouldn't have been able to give birth naturally anyway, all births are amazing and no one should be made to feel inadequate or to posh everyone's circumstances are different
Melly Jane
Why does it matter really c section or natural look what you get at the end of it, I'm just lucky enough to have been able to have 4 beautiful healthy children ❀️ & just trying to be the best mum I can be!! All mums should be proud no matter how they brought their little ones into the world but I know for a fact if I shared a post saying " natural birth mummy & proud of it" I would get judged & most likely get rude nasty comments!! Just respect each other we all had different pregnancies/labours xx
Sarah Blossom Medlen
I've had 4 c sections due to medical reasons I couldn't dilate and baby's were getting to stressed due to have number 5 in 3 weeks time, will be my last but would have loved to experience natural birth but my body won't let me, I'm proud of how my kids are born x
Lisa Barry
I had 2 emergency c's due to my internal body shape. If I could of had mine naturally I would have. I'm now left with no feeling around the scar area. The complications from the surgery was not great .. we may not have had a choice!
Katie Bonham
1 natural 2 planned c sections due to health problems and the amount of comments from mums saying I'm taking the easy way....Yeah my last 1 I bleed out 2pints and still a yr on can't lift anything too heavy or I start again... I had a blood clot and wound and womb infection.... got a double scar and proud of it. .
Faye Oliver
Iv had both, first was emergency c-section, and it was sooo much easier to get over that than the natural! I sent my hubby for the snip the day after i gave birth as i didnt wanna go through it again lol
Tracy Forbes
I would of loved a water birth unfortunately we we're both very I'll so at32 weeks I had to have a c section we both had 50 50 chance, so all you ppl that were lucky to hold your baby in your arms please don't judge.
Kim Anstey
I don't understand this whole debate. Why do woman even compare? I have four children three natural one c section I died twice during the c second doesn't make me any less of a mother!!!! And it doesn't take away from anything I still grew and gave birth to all my babies. So silly. Woman should be building each other up not tearing each other down!
Sarah 'Cole' Atter
I had a c section through choice, it was brilliant, you know what day and what time, no pain at all and I was up and looking after my daughter the next day. I don't know if I was just lucky? No problems at all.
Gemma Greene
I've done both first natural second baby c section.i would do a natural birth any day over a section the recovery is so painful.but a whatever way is the best way for your baby to be born at the time.
Marilyn Martin
4 c sections 1st emergency my finally 1 rushed back into hospital as my stitching was infected and hadnt healed the pain was awful took alot longer torecover than normal birth
Debbie Smith
I had an emergency c - section with my son not because I chose to, but he would have died otherwise an it's not pain free as some people think , I had pain for 6 weeks afterwards.
Sharon Morgan
3 πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» not by choice but great experience of natural labour wiv my second didn't go to plan tho πŸ™„ typical me really πŸ€—πŸ˜‚ great experience wiv all 3 really just hated the pain after β€οΈπŸ’™πŸ’œ
Lorna Sunley
I had natural birth with my first boy,,and my 2nd and 3rd boys were c-section,, nothing wrong with that,,my boys r fit,,well and healthy,,the same way as giving birth,,and im proud of my boys
Emma Collins Tunnard
I had c section because he was breech. I was really happy about it as I'm impatient lol. Would definitely e!ect for one again if I fell pregnant again.
Kathleen Mc Adams
My daughter had c section.has most beautiful girl.if she didn't have it baby would have died so if people have nothing else to complain bout shut up
Sarah Golbey
First was normal birth, second was started off, the next was an emergency and the last was a c section cause she was so big. I think most people have a c section cause they need it not cause they want it.
Tracy Skinner
I've had three c sections all due to emergencies not the fact I couldn't be bothered to push them out all three were early but fine
Lisa Williams
2 sections, 1st was an emergency and was knocked out for it, second was my choice and so glad I did was one of the best experiences I've had xxx
Tracey Gilmartin
C section, daughter was breach and transversed hated it .....but recovered really quickly was back at work after 7 weeks.....single mum had no choice ..
Lorraine Rosser
1st baby emergency c section my daughter would of died without me having it. 2nd baby natural without pain relief. Proud of myself for both.
Kayleigh Myles
I just dont get this. Who cares if you hsd a baby naturally or c section. We still grew a baby and got them here! Stupid if you ask me
Jo Harris
2 natural 2 Christmas sections due to staff negligence of 2nd natural birth my child didn't survive and 18 years on I still live that day!
Tammie Allen
1 normal and one C-section takes long to recover but they needed to get him out safe if I had another I'd choose. A section
Samantha Kirkbright
I don't get this! I had 3 sections, I due to pre exlampsia at 28 weeks, the second due to 8 hour labour not progressing and then baby getting stuck and then the third due to already having 2. I'm a proud mom regardless of the fact I had c sections.
Ceri Taylor-Williams
Two natural births, hands up to c section mummies, major surgery and a baby to look after afterwards, not easy I bet xxx
Andrea Huggins
Chelsea Topley i had joshua under a general hun all went fine, dave was first to hold and feed him.xx
Aisha Alam
I had my daughter naturally and ended up been bashed about quite a bit... I personally don't think it matters if you have natural or c section. When I have more children I might consider a c section.... I'd prefer not to have a catheter or stitches down if possible again πŸ™ˆ
Michelle Daniels
I had a emergency c-section but sadly my daughter was still born 😒x
Sheree Bark
Two First one emergency five weeks premature I had pre-eclampsia second not my choice so proud of my scars ❀❀
Louise Prytherch
I had emergency c section on my 2nd child, i had a prolapsed cord, a c section saved my child πŸ’–
Gemma John
I wouldn't say I was proud, but im not ashamed. Without it I would have lost my baby and left two kids without a mum.
Denise Adams
How bloody ridiculous , I have seen it all now lol its bloody brutal however they came out , being a good mum is what counts its not a competition !
Sophia Leary
No one needs to explain themselves,c sections are a lot safer I believe xxx
Bronwynn Gordon
Mine was emergency caesarean and without my daughter an d I could have died!
Michelle Adams
Would rather have a vaginal birth...respect to the ladies who have to endure weeks of recovery from a c section
Anne Hawkins
Me to would not be hear as i had a plasenta prevea and nearly bleed to death 35 years ago
